This is a nice tower for offices, with food outlets, restaurants, and a grocery shop. It’s next to Dubal Mall Metro station, near Sofitel zDubai Downtown, and sits on Sheikh Zayed Road near the 2nd interchange. The higher floors have good views if you face the Sh Zayed Road.

The lovely people, views, and location are spoiled by greed. Be very careful with the landlord and management committee when leaving, because despite years of living here and showing the staff, security, and management team the utmost respect, the landlord seems to do everything possible to take every remaining dirham from the deposit. There were greatly exaggerated claims about damage, late fees, and similar charges. Maintenance is supposedly included, yet I’m now being billed for replacing things I repeatedly reported to the landlord over six months. They weren’t replaced, and I’m being charged for them. Meanwhile, I was doing them a favor by leaving so they could raise the unit’s price.

The tower’s location is excellent, but the air conditioning is so strong that the offices become painfully cold, almost like a freezer. Many people working there are getting sick because of it. Management really needs to address this and keep the temperature comfortable instead of making the place feel like a mortuary. Thank you.
