A quick check for a misdelivered parcel ends up taking 10-15 minutes every time, because security keeps refusing to let me in and makes me wait outside. Couriers regularly mix up the buildings and leave deliveries at the wrong one. Security could prevent this by checking the address with the courier and pointing them to the right building.

The building uses luxury materials and manufacturing processes. Security service is good, and the lifts are very big.

I visited today and found the security guard rude and arrogant, with dark skin. Emaar community should replace him and find a good guard.

Finding a parking space is a daily struggle. As I understand it, Emaar is adding more parking next to the building. Please make it like business park: two buildings have so many people working here, but staff haven't been given a matching amount of parking.
