The rooftop is a great place to unwind in the evening, with a good view over a large part of Dubai and two free pools. One is a 60 cm deep children’s pool, while the other is for adults and reaches 1.60 m. There’s also a free sauna and a small gym. Akas Inn Apartments is positioned conveniently near the metro and a large shopping mall, with shops, restaurants, bars, laundry services, hair salons, and barber shops all around. Some apartments have washing machines and some don’t. My smaller apartment was still very comfortable for one or two people and didn’t feel cramped like a normal hotel room. The larger units suit groups because they have more rooms and beds. Housekeeping is daily, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the whole property is well maintained. It isn’t a luxury stay, but the comfort and services offer very good value for the price.

Al Barsa was a very convenient base, with grocery shops, restaurants, malls, and metro stations all within walking distance. Our room was clean, well maintained, and supplied with the basic amenities. The staff were friendly and helped whenever we needed anything, including accommodating our request for an early check-in. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality Rohit and team! Very grateful.

The rooms were spacious, the staff were highly courteous, and the pricing was reasonable. With such a convenient location, I had an amazing experience and will definitely visit again.

The property is decent and the location is good, but I had an issue with the front desk manager’s attitude for reasons I couldn’t understand. I’d seen positive reviews of Mr. Rohit, yet my own experience was that he wasn’t up to the standard I’d expect in hospitality. The rest of the staff were excellent.

I’ve stayed here many times because the prices are affordable, the rooms are very spacious, and the service is good. Even during high season I received an upgrade, so big thanks 🥰. The location is perfect, with everything needed for daily life just a 5-10 minute walk away.
