The building is modern, fairly new, and clean. The pool is well kept, hygiene is acceptable, and the amenities are good. Still, management and especially security spoil the whole experience. The security staff act like they can make up their own rules. They come across as arrogant, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Even if you simply forget your access card, they won’t help or open the gate, so a basic request turns into an argument. Their treatment of residents is shocking for a building that presents itself as premium. I wouldn’t recommend living here because of the way security and management behave. The parking ramps are also badly designed, and if your car sits low, expect to scrape the chassis regularly.

Danube really is best in class. The building is kept in great shape, the shared areas are clean and tidy, and the security team is helpful and supportive. Maintenance is excellent too.

I really enjoyed the amenities, and the staff are friendly. The management should improve the building’s exhaust, though. There’s moisture throughout the hallways, which could make someone slip.

Stratum, which manages this building, is horrible to deal with. It’s hard to communicate with them, messages go unanswered, and the staff are unpleasant. The building itself is amazing, but it’s managed very badly.

There’s almost no room for visitors to park, and the security team doesn’t come across as professional or reflect well on the property. Parking is poorly laid out from the entrance to the basement, with spaces tucked into awkward corners that are difficult to use. The building enforces a “no pets” policy, yet there have been more concerning issues, including inappropriate activities. Management needs to step in and sort these matters out without delay.
