Al Khoory Sky Garden Hotel

The bed was the main downside and needs significant improvement for better sleep. Aside from that, I had a very good stay at Al Khoory Sky Garden Hotel. Aster was especially kind and thoughtful, and her service made the visit more pleasant. Breakfast had good variety and quality. The gym and pool were clean and well equipped. Overall, a great hotel and one I’d recommend.

My 14 days at Al Khoory Sky Gardens were mostly pleasant, and the staff treated me well. Housekeeping was kind and efficient, keeping my room clean throughout. Darwin the bellboy was friendly and helpful, Grace at reception was sweet and professional, and Anet at the restaurant gave attentive service. I did have a disappointing call with Sneha when placing an order from my room. She seemed rude and unprofessional, and transferred me without saying anything. It came across as though she didn't want to help. I hope management provides more customer service training. Apart from that incident, I enjoyed my stay.

The kids loved the children’s club and indoor playground, both of which were excellent. We also enjoyed the garden, heated pool, and very clean dry sauna and steam room. Facilities, breakfast, and the polite, kind staff all made us very happy. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

The rooftop pool and sky garden were a highlight, with a beautiful city view and a great place to unwind. The location was convenient for the airport and main attractions, so getting around was easy. Khouri Sky Garden Hotel in Dubai was modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were nicely designed and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Staff were very polite and helpful, and made sure guests felt welcome. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it and consider staying again.
