The building has no windows, so be ready to get fresh air only through the balcony sliding doors. The common areas are well maintained, and there are two pools plus a cute, small but usable gym. It’s right on JBR beach, in a family community. Traffic is crazy, so don’t bother driving.
They stop you at P in the elevator and tell you to get out, which is very rude. Security already has all the details at the parking lot, yet you still have to wait another 10 minutes for the elevator. The way guests are treated is very bad.
The beach is less than a two-minute walk away, and Bla Bla Beach Club is right around the corner. The beachfront apartments at Shams 4 are especially gorgeous, with the best view of Ain Dubai. It’s a marvelous location and one of the best buildings in JBR. Getting here by car is easier than at other JBR apartments, and the parking entrance is really great.
Nothing was done about the trash left outside the door for two days. The kitchen appliances and cleaning tools were broken, and the staff behaved very badly. They didn’t respond to my messages or answer my calls. It was a bad experience, and I won’t consider returning to this place.
