My family and I signed a one-year lease with the hotel, and there were several problems. The AC often wouldn’t work. Some rooms seemed well kept, but others didn’t feel cared for enough to ensure our safety, and we had bed bugs. The internet was very unreliable. After a few changes, it went out for hours at random times at least three times a week. Before that, it used to go off every night. If you need a fully working connection 24/7, I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The staff weren’t as courteous as you’d expect. If a receptionist had told one of my family members something and they hadn’t passed it on, she would say, “I told your mother/father, ask them,” instead of telling me herself. Maintenance was also very slow. They say there’s a gym, but it’s just a maple wood floor with no equipment, and they still charge for the amenities.

They gathered people at a hotel in Business Bay, saying they had won prizes. It turned out to be like a seminar, and they interviewed everyone to collect information. They sat people together without following social distancing, just to carry out their tricks. This company is a scam. Don’t trust them, they’re scammers.

The hotel was veery clean, and the management and staff were good.

Not sure why, but the place gave me a haunted vibe 😂😂😂. The rooms are pretty spacious and designed really well, yet something still feels missing. It just doesn’t feel fresh.

Arcadia hotel is corrupt. This is happening at the Sharjah branch, and one day the owner will do the same here too. If you want to stay here, be careful around the staff. They’re all liars.
