We came to Goldcrest tower for service work at one of our apartments. The reception is nice, and if you need to wait, they’ll provide sofa seating. It’s a neat, clean place with a great outdoor environment. The staff welcomed us warmly, were supportive and coordinated, and explained the rules and regulations. Security staff Manika laal, harpreet & Ali will help resolve any work-related issues. For maintenance, you need to email ahead to get an approval permit, then provide documents including the title deeds, trade licence, Emirates ID, and the technician’s insurance. Before the work starts, they give you a form to fill in with details of the scope of work. Highly recommended for offices and residence.
