Our flights were cancelled, and we needed somewhere to stay. Kempinski took us in and made us feel safe, like we had a home away from home. The hotel is beautiful, the pool was great, the bed was really comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The bed was a bit high for me, so I had to climb into it. The staff were the most caring I've ever met. They looked after us so well, housekeeping brought everything we needed, and we got several emails checking whether there was anything else they could do.
10/10
Ms. Fatima, the Guest Relations Manager, deserves special thanks for her warm hospitality and the care and professionalism she brought to everything. She made my stay more memorable, and her dedication reflects well on Kempinski. At Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, the staff were consistently welcoming and attentive, with great professionalism and attention to detail. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and great customer service in Dubai.
10/10
Amir and Ahmad from housekeeping kept our room clean, organized, and comfortable. They were kind, professional, and attentive to detail, and their positive attitude really made a difference. Everything from the location to the service was excellent during our stay at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. Thanks to them, management, and the whole team for the hospitality. I'd gladly return and recommend the hotel.
10/10
The rooms were spacious, and check-in was easy. Valet was a great start, and housekeeping was excellent. Mohamed Rashid and Mohamed Amir got my room spotless after my kids had made a disaster of it. Haila also made our time at the pool a 10/10. This hotel exceeded my expectations.
10/10
Abdul Wahab kept our room spotless every day, with such care and a warm smile. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. We had an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel.
