Apartment hotel Barcelo Residences Dubai Marina

The staff are the main reason I would come back to Barcelo Residences Marina. Housekeeping, the front desk, and security all provided outstanding service, adapting to our timings and requests and offering help whenever needed. My personal thanks go to Topher, Ahmed, Nander and Daniel for taking such good care of us. The night security team were especially welcoming, greeting us on arrival like family. We spent a month here and found the location ideal, with easy access to both the Marina side and JBR side. Our room was clean, well equipped, and carefully maintained. I would strongly recommend Barcelo for either a short stay or a longer one.

The location of Barceló Residences Dubai Marina was perfect, just near the Marina, and the whole team made us feel very welcome. Nanda, Kevin, Perry, Ahmed, and the rest of reception were kind and helpful throughout the week. Perry also arranged an upgrade, which gave us a stunning view. Our one-week apartment was spacious and practical, with an extremely comfortable bed. Everything was truly fabulous, and we are grateful to the entire team.

The spacious two-bedroom apartment worked very well for three adults and two children, and the Marina was close enough to walk to. Careem deliveries were quick and convenient, too. Although the metro is somewhat far away and taxis can take longer in rush hour, getting around was still manageable. We stayed at Barceló Residences Dubai Marina for 9 nights. A few things went wrong at the start, but the team dealt with them quickly and efficiently. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the stay offered great value for money. We would definitely return.

After eight months at Barcelo, it really felt like home. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, and they were especially kind to our Daughter, who loved seeing them. Theo, Chris and Emmanuel at the Front, the cleaning team, office staff, and Paul were all so nice. Whenever something needed fixing in the apartment, it was dealt with straight away. JBR is only a short walk away, and it was a great place to stay. Thanks!!
