2/10
The hotel has a convenient location and some potential, and the Filipino receptionist was genuinely polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the stay itself was very disappointing. The room was dirty, the bed felt itchy, and cockroaches were everywhere. The facilities were poor, and the shower had no heater. Management needs to take action, especially with pest control and cleanliness. The sheets should be properly washed, while the pillows and mattresses need replacing. The facilities also need a general upgrade.

I checked in and left again after only 30 minutes. The replacement room offered by the staff had the same cockroach problem, so I ended up sleeping in my car outside the hotel. The real rooms looked nothing like the photos. The place was very dirty, the hallway smelled of cigarettes, and the bathroom towels had a terrible odor. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste either. Cockroaches covered the walls and toilet. A complete waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Cockroaches in the room made staying there impossible. I checked in and checked out within 20 minutes. It was a very poor experience, and I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

The location opposite Mega mall is convenient, with parking beside the hotel. Staff were helpful, and restaurants, shops, and a Mart are nearby.
