Apt. W/Incredible View Floor 22 In Jam Marina

I’ve lived here for three years and things were fine until the management changed. Since then, it feels like making money is all they care about. I’m no longer allowed to wash my car in the parking area, and they removed guest parking. They’ve also tried several times to push through an illegal rent increase and alter the contract clauses so they can shift maintenance responsibilities onto me.

The building and the view are lovely, but I’d avoid it because of how the management behaves. They’re quick to cash rent cheques, yet getting my security deposit back after three years took over six weeks and at least five follow-ups. They also deducted money without objective evidence. I saw Maria’s new comment and realized I’m not the only one. I hired a company to repaint the whole apartment, but management still charged extra, saying the work didn’t meet their quality criteria. It seems to be a pattern.

I’m staying in 2505, and I don’t know who the host is. The building is beautiful and the view is stunning, but the service has been poor. They don’t answer the phone or the chat app. I messaged them Saturday about the iron being in bad condition, and by Monday I still hadn’t heard back. The Wi-Fi was also down all morning today, with nobody responding. They have plenty of rules for guests, but don’t seem to offer anything in return. Anyway, I’ll see how things go by the end of my stay. I still have a review to leave on booking.
