We ended up unable to fly home when missile attacks struck through, and the hotel staff's response gave me confidence that we were somewhere safe. Security was spotless in its response, and the newly appointed GM stayed on the premises, even at night, to offer practical support. I appreciated how much care and understanding they showed during the situation. I was there on a business trip and extended my stay. The location is great for West Beach clubs and restaurants, and the two pools are nice. The beach bar has a good vibe and incredible food. The rooms could be bigger, but a sea-view room gives you a great skyline view and lovely sunsets.

Angelina made check-in feel especially welcoming. Her warm smile, supportive manner, and professionalism helped everything go smoothly, and she really went out of her way to make things pleasant. The atmosphere was relaxing, the hospitality was excellent, and my stay at Radisson Beach Resort, Palm Jumeirah exceeded what I expected. Likhil was always attentive when helping us with our luggage, and ready to assist with a warm smile and positive attitude. His kindness and dedication made a real difference. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day and kept spotless, and we appreciated that the pool water quality was checked daily. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The hotel is well placed for exploring the area while still feeling relaxing. We felt very well looked after, enjoyed our stay, and would gladly return.

George, the General Manager, personally took care of us after we met him and made sure everything went well throughout the stay. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests reflect the hotel's high standards. From arrival onward, the service, atmosphere, hospitality, and attention to detail were outstanding. The whole team was welcoming and attentive, and both the location and experience exceeded our expectations. Radisson Blu Palm Jumeirah Dubai was one of our best hotel experiences. We highly recommend it for a visit to Dubai and will definitely return.
