Bnbme DEC Tower 1 2 BDR Apartments

The location has worked really well for me. It’s a 10 min walk over the bridge to JBR public beach, 4 min to the Marina promenade and 12 min to the Metro. If I’m feeling lazy, I go through the supermarket and take a scooter for a couple of minutes. There are nice cafes nearby, including a French bakery with freshly baked croissants and Roast Cafe, with a great choice of coffee beans. One of my favorite Dubai Marina restaurants is just down by the promenade. Traffic flow is fine for Dubai Marina, and my neighbors say the new access road is why. I’ve lived in several Dubai Marina towers over more than 10 years, and have been at DEC Tower 2 for 4 months now. I’m surprised by some of the negative comments. Maybe they’re based on how things were before the major renovations and the new road access to Sheikh Zayed Road. My experience is very different, and I hardly recognize the complaints. The communal areas are among the better ones I’ve seen in Dubai Marina, perhaps because of the big renovations. The tower is clean and in good shape. Security, reception, management and maintenance staff are always smiling and helpful. There’s a huge supermarket in the building, which makes shopping easy, and plenty of elevators. Basement parking is easy to reach. The gym is good, with a regular sauna and a steam sauna, and the pool area is stunning, like a nice hotel. The large open spaces have full marina views and look amazing. The location is great too. AC has worked well since I had normal AC service and cleaning done. That’s my two cents, people who gave it low ratings should revisit the tower or get their AC cleaned 👍
