We were meant to stay four nights in apartment No 910. The dealer from ~Truebleu Vacation Homes had initially said he’d be waiting to welcome us. I later told him I’d be a little late for certain reasons, and he said that was fine. But when we arrived, nobody was there, and the security man at reception didn’t know a guest was coming for the flat. The dealer refused to speak by phone, saying his working hours were over, and insisted I message him instead. When the security man tried calling him, he hung up while we were talking. I went upstairs myself and found garbage outside the door. The bed sheets and pillows smelled bad and weren’t clean, and the bedroom AC was blowing hot air. There was no luggage trolley, though the dealer had said there would be one. When I tried to cancel, he wouldn’t even discuss it with me by phone. This was my first and last time booking from this company or taking this particular apartment.

I left Noora Tower feeling frustrated and disrespected by the way visitors are treated. The concierge staff member, who is Philippine, spoke rudely and disrespectfully, with no patience, courtesy, or basic customer service. The attitude was shocking for someone at a concierge desk. It reflects badly on the building’s management, and they need to retrain staff if they want visitors to feel welcome.

A prime location for family living, with hotels, restaurants, and transport services all around. The views from the 13th floor and above are beautiful, and the place is equipped with high-end luxury amenities.

The security staff behave horribly. They won’t let anyone use the washroom in the lobby. It feels so inhuman.
