The staff make the real difference. In my 20 years of professional work with more than 32,000 customers, I've seen how much people like Sandroy matter. He's only 20, but already shows hard work, a positive attitude, and real care for guests. After cleaning the room, he politely checks whether everything is all right or we need anything. I hope he has a bright future and gets to achieve his dreams. At reception, Mr. Saleh and a young woman whose name I unfortunately don't know also deserve recognition. She handled our requests with dignity and respect, and did her best to look after us from the start of our stay. I hope management acknowledges both of them for their professionalism and positive attitude. Thank you to the hotel for bringing together such valuable people. Good service starts with good people.

Mr. Sandro from housekeeping kept my room spotless and was friendly and polite. The reception team also gave me a warm welcome and made check-in smooth, with courteous and responsive service. I had a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a positive attitude. Housekeeping did a great job, and I really appreciate everyone's effort and hospitality. 😊

The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. I had an amazing time and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting. John at reception deserves a special mention. From the moment I arrived, he treated me and my family with great care and customer service. His kindness and conduct made the stay memorable, and I highly recommend his service.
