The thing I appreciate most about SOL Bay is how quiet it feels inside, even though it's in the middle of Business Bay. It seems like a good fit for families or professionals who want a calmer home without giving up the location. The building is modern and well organized, its facilities are in good condition, and everywhere feels clean and comfortable. Akash helped me through the move in process and made it straightforward and stress free. He was efficient and easy to approach whenever I had questions. So far, I'm very happy with my decision and the mix of convenience, comfort, and peace.

There is no waiting area. If people can't wait inside, they shouldn't be allowed to enter for work without somewhere to wait. The security guard was rude to me as I was coming out of the tower. I had no other issue; I'm giving this rating because of security. He angrily told me to go around the back, when he could have said it politely. Security always talk to me badly, and he doesn't know how to speak to a woman. Check the camera at 12:53 today. I hope you take this seriously. Next time I'll take legal action.

The building staff were very gentle, and my unit had all the amenities I needed. I spent nine days there in February 2026, in unit 1714 hosted by Faisal. The place is in a prime Business Bay location with connections to everywhere, and the unit was clean and spacious. Faisal was very nice and responsive, and made my stay peaceful and comfortable. I'd recommend the property if you're in Dubai. Thank you, Faisal. One suggestion for Mr.Faisal: keep a few water bottles for emergencies, or provide a water dispenser.

The move in process was fully transparent, and the unit was handed over in impeccable condition. It's impressively clean all the time, and the building staff are always helpful. The gym works well, and the rooftop pool has picturesque views of Business Bay and Downtown.

Sol Bay is a good residential building in Business Bay, right opposite my office. The location is excellent, and some of the apartments have beautiful views of the Burj Khalifa. It also has retail and office spaces.
