I feel really upset about how Raj, the receptionist at burj residence tower 9, treated me. My wife went to meet her friend, as we normally do, and I was sitting on the sofa. He rudely told me I wasn’t allowed to sit there. I said, “Okay, relax,” but he started arguing and told me to go complain. I respect his age, but that doesn’t give him the right to abuse or disrespect anyone. I want to ask management why guests or people visiting someone aren’t allowed to sit when there’s a sofa there. He made me feel like a beggar. He could have spoken respectfully. Please take action against him, or I’ll take legal action over the way he abused and disrespected me.
