My family and I stayed in Room 3511 for three days over the Eid Al Adha holiday. The living room AC wasn't working, and although we told the person in charge, it was never fixed while we were there. We followed up several times and asked what would be done, but got no resolution. That was disappointing and affected our experience. I hope maintenance issues get a better response so future guests don't run into the same problem.

The location is excellent, and the building has a calm, luxurious feel. We stayed at Burj Crown Emaar in Apartment 1809, on the 18th floor, and it made our time in Dubai even more special. Everything was perfect: the apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommended.

I only stayed for a short while, but really enjoyed it. The view was incredible, with Palm Jumeirah on the right and Downtown Dubai on the left. The apartment had a full kitchen and came stocked with water, plus things like plates, forks, tissues, shampoo, shower gel, dish soap, a hair dryer, an iron, and a washer and dryer. Ordering food or groceries through delivery apps was easy too. I’d recommend staying here.

I won’t be coming back. I booked through booking.com, where all the messages appeared to come from the hotel, but when I arrived the reception wouldn’t help. That’s when I found out the apartment was managed by a third party operating under the hotel’s name on booking.com. I spent time trying to call the third party, but nobody answered the number in the messages. It was a very disappointing situation to put my family in. Even at checkout, when we had to leave at 11 am, the hotel wouldn’t keep our luggage for more than two hours because they said the third party, not the hotel, was our host.

The daily hassles and extra costs have made living at Burj Crown a letdown, even with its prime location in Downtown Dubai. Traffic and short-term rentals bring constant noise, and service charges are higher than I expected without much clarity about what they cover. Parking is frustrating too, with tight spaces, almost no visitor parking, and inconvenient access. The building looks impressive in some ways, but the construction and finishes have noticeable defects, and maintenance problems take too long to fix. The pool and gym seem appealing on paper, yet they’re either small, poorly maintained, or crowded enough to be impractical for everyday use. Management and security are disappointing as well: responses are slow, concerns get brushed aside, and communication is inconsistent. If you’re thinking of buying or renting here, I’d look into it carefully before deciding. The location doesn’t make up for the day-to-day problems.
