Chic 1BR Canal View at Waves Tower

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! The apartment was very small and very poor. It looked nothing like the pictures, and the description was completely fake. The company also refused to cancel the reservation.

We booked five nights, but after one horrible night and a full day we left. The mattress was the worst you could expect, the towels were old and poor quality, and the shower pressure was very low. Then a poor quality lock trapped us inside. It took maintenance two hours of banging to break it, ruining our plans for Ramadan Iftar out and causing us to miss an important event in AD. There was two hours of continuous banging, drilling and hammering over our heads. The manager was cold while we were still locked in, fasting, with our food outside the door where they couldn't break in. She said, “it can happen to anyone.” She offered another room without a canal view and with worse furniture than our original apartment, saying we could stay there for the night until they fixed the door. We asked for a refund and, after talks and struggles, got the four remaining nights refunded, with nothing for the inconvenience. They refused to refund night two, which was completely SPOILED by the poor maintenance team's two hours of work to break the lock. I called the manager three times, got no answer, and asked the receptionist to have her call me back. She didn't. We then spent another four hours looking for a suitable replacement in Business Bay. We checked in on 17/03/25 at 5 pm and left on 18/03/25 around 9 pm. Also, a metal (thing) in the parking area scratched the back of my car around 10 pm, if you want to check your cameras.

Communication was smooth and easy, and the location was convenient. The building was quiet, and the apartment was spotless, comfortable and well maintained, just as described. Everything felt thoughtfully set up. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The guest service was perfect, and we had a beautiful apartment in a great location. The price was very good for Dubai, and free underground parking was included. We were on the 17th floor, where the water pressure was a little low. Still, 5 stars!
