The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Azam at reception made the stay especially good. He was polite, professional, and helpful from check-in through check-out, going out of his way to make sure everything was right and that we felt welcome. His kindness and efficiency made the visit smooth and enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend this hotel, and look forward to coming back.

I felt unsafe during my stay because of poor security measures and a lack of proper protocols. The room’s cleanliness was below acceptable standards, with visible neglect, and the service felt unprofessional, without the warmth or efficiency travelers deserve. I came to a hotel in Dubai expecting a comfortable, pleasant stay, but the experience fell far short. Dubai is known for excellence and hospitality, and I hope this hotel takes serious steps to improve. Every guest deserves a clean, secure, welcoming place. 👎

The reception staff made an already stressful situation worse. When we asked what had happened, they were rude and spoke to us as though we were arguing, instead of explaining or helping. My booking had been confirmed, but I only learned it was canceled when I arrived. No email, call, or other notice came beforehand. Canceling without telling a guest is unacceptable, and the lack of care was deeply disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Sleep was nearly impossible because loud disco music carried on at night. The room also felt dirty and uncomfortable, with an unpleasant smell and blankets that strongly smelled of smoke. There wasn’t any water or coffee, or even soap. Parking costs extra, which was a surprise. Though listed as a three-star hotel, it felt like one star at best. The service, cleanliness, and comfort were far below a basic standard. I wouldn’t recommend it.
