TIME Grand Plaza Hotel

The staff were the best part. They checked me in quickly, let me check out late, and were kind and attentive to my requests. We asked in advance for a clean room and they did provide clean bedsheets. Still, the rooms generally aren’t clean to hotel standards. The hotel feels old and dusty, and the rooms need deep cleaning and renovation. I’m not sure it belongs in the four-star category. Also, charging 25 aed for parking was a first for me, and a major red flag.

juna and bilal were especially great. The cleaning team was punctual and polite, kept my room organized and comfortable, and paid close attention to keeping it spotless. Hygiene standards were well maintained during my stay. Thank you ♥️♥️♥️

The rooftop restaurant and bar have a lovely atmosphere, with tasty food and drinks at reasonable prices. My Executive Room was spacious, elegantly designed and very comfortable. The hotel is also easy to reach, about 7-10 minutes from Airport Free Zone Metro Station.

I spent more than 8 continuous months here and truly felt at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable and kept to a very high standard, and the reception team was consistently polite, professional and helpful. I’m especially grateful to Mr. Karim, Mr. Kamal, Ditin, Vinay and Puma for their ongoing support and dedication to making guests feel cared for. Those were unforgettable days, full of comfort and warmth. I highly recommend the hotel for its pleasant stay and excellent service. Wishing you continued success and growth 🌟
