Those golf course views are stunning. It’s a beautiful place to stay.

It’s getting crowded. Your call.

I spent an afternoon visiting a friend at Damac Lake Terrace and had a look inside the building. The metro is right across from it, and her studio on the 18th floor has a pleasant view of the lake. Reception security was professional and registered me without any trouble. There were a few maintenance issues in the corridors. My friend had emailed management about a small leak several days earlier and was still waiting to hear back. It wasn’t urgent, but the delay was noticeable. She also said that rent and internal permit procedures tend to be very rigid. Inside the apartment, the thin wall between units stood out most. You can clearly hear the neighbors, even during ordinary conversation or when the TV is on, which takes away from privacy.
