The first day of our Eid stay at Conrad Dubai was overwhelming because the hotel and pool were extremely crowded. As guests checked out and things quieted down, we could appreciate the property and enjoy it more. The crowding was really due to the holiday period, and the team did their best to manage a busy time. We came with our three boys, and the pool was the highlight for all of us. It feels like a tropical oasis, hard to believe it's right on Sheikh Zayed Road. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, and the buffet had an excellent selection and good quality food. This was our second stay, which says a lot. Once it got quieter, we remembered why we'd enjoyed our first visit. We'd definitely recommend Conrad Dubai for families looking for a city staycation, and we'll be back, perhaps outside the peak holiday rush.

Fareed Muhammad was amazing. I was extremely stressed and confused when my flights were cancelled, and he was so kind and supportive while helping me make changes. His help made a difficult situation much smoother, so I could enjoy the rest of my stay. I'm very grateful for the wonderful hospitality and highly recommend this hotel.🥰

The atmosphere at Conrad Hotel felt luxurious and relaxing, and housekeeping kept the room in perfect shape. My room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. Staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I highly recommend Conrad Hotel for business or leisure travel. The breakfast at Ballarò is well worth it, and the gym is great. Dinner at Anàsa was delicious, and the shop on the G floor has really good, high-quality things. I felt welcome the whole time and the service was perfect. Thanks for everything!

My fiancee and I stayed for a week and had a great time. The staff were all friendly and competent, and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. I'd recommend this amazing hotel. From now on, we'll come back once a year.
