The location is very convenient, near Mall of the Emirates, the metro, and plenty of shops. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection, and the restaurant’s interior is beautifully done. There’s a restaurant in the lobby and a rooftop pool bar, plus a clean pool with a nice view and a well-equipped, maintained gym. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern in a simple way; the spotless bathroom had all the necessary amenities and kits. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive from check-in through housekeeping. I had a really pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha. I’d consider coming back, and I rate it 4 stars.

After two room changes, we finally got one with an acceptable smell. The first room smelled unpleasant, and my throat started hurting within 15 seconds; the second room had a similar smell. At check-in, they also asked us to pay city tax even though my travel agent had already paid it. We stayed from March 22 to 26, and there were still other problems: the shampoo container was empty, towels and bedsheets had stains (see picture), and one charging port made a distracting buzzing noise. Staff said they’d replace or fix things, but all the back-and-forth was exhausting. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Malik at reception was especially welcoming and helpful, and made sure things went smoothly during my stay. I really appreciated his attitude. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. I had a really great stay and would recommend the hotel. I’d be happy to come back.

Malik and Shouva deserve special thanks for their wonderful service. We stayed four nights for a birthday, on our first trip to Dubai, and choosing Courtyard by Marriott after reading reviews worked out well. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the team looked after us throughout. It’s in a safe area, just a short five-minute walk from Mall of the Emirates. They even surprised us with a birthday cake, which made the occasion more memorable. We’ll definitely return.

Dines gave us wonderful service, and we’ll definitely be back. We spent five nights at Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha on our first visit to Dubai. The room was really clean and comfortable, and the team showed excellent hospitality. The location felt safe and secure, with Mall of the Emirates just a five-minute walk away.
