The calm atmosphere and convenient location made our stay especially nice. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. Mr. Vignesh, the Restaurant Manager, gave excellent service and paid attention to the details, making our meal really enjoyable. Mr. Steve at the Front Office also gave us a warm welcome and was professional and efficient throughout. I’d happily recommend the hotel and look forward to returning.

The neighborhood is lively and you can find pretty much whatever you need nearby, though it’s far from luxurious Dubai. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed it. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were well equipped. Public transport is accessible, with the metro about a 15-minute walk away. It was a pleasant stay, and I do recommend it.

The staff were exceptionally kind and professional. When I had an issue with my room, they handled my request to change rooms smoothly. The hotel was clean and well maintained, even though the facilities aren’t new, and the simple breakfast of eggs, toast, omelet, rice, curry, and a couple of fruits was surprisingly decent for a quick meal. Its proximity to the airport saves a lot of travel time, especially for late arrivals or early departures. Getting around has drawbacks. The hotel is quite far from the metro, and dragging heavy suitcases is challenging. The surrounding area isn’t pleasant to walk through, which may be especially difficult for solo female travelers. It may not suit frequent downtown sightseeing because of the distance and transport issues. Plane noise is loud, and the soundproofing seems inadequate, so it’s very noticeable when the TV is off. My first room also had a strong sewage smell, so I had to switch rooms. There was no hairdryer, which was a significant inconvenience, especially for female guests. It’s a solid option for one night on arrival or before leaving Dubai, but the facilities and amenities could be improved. Heavy sightseers may want to reconsider the location.
