Creek Harbour - Palace Residence 2812

After I used the newly opened shared BBQ area, I got a call saying I had to clean the whole grill myself, including bringing a brush, soap, and other cleaning supplies. That was a surprise, since when I first asked, I’d been told cleaning could be arranged for an extra fee. A common facility should have a proper cleaning arrangement, whether that’s covered by management or offered as a service. Opening the area without that in place and leaving all the work to residents doesn’t feel professional. I won’t use it again.

The residences are directly connected to the five-star Palace Hotel, so residents can access hotel services and amenities. These include a world-class spa, signature dining, housekeeping, and more, adding a more luxurious feel to everyday life.

We were more than seven people, and everyone in our group came away disappointed. The buffet was nowhere near worth it, with very few choices and dishes that were missing or not refilled properly. It wasn’t fully stocked, which is unacceptable for a buffet, and far below what you’d expect from one.

The staff were outstanding. From the bellboy to the reception team at Palace North and Palace Residence, everyone helped with real dedication to find my lost bag, which was full of valuables and memories.
