The apartment didn’t feel secure. When we arrived, the door was open and unlocked. There was also a bad smell in the rooms, and the wardrobes smelled even worse. Internet only worked reliably in the living room, and one bathroom had no shower. The last bedroom was much smaller than it looked in the photos. Parking was hard to understand, and when we asked, the staff member just pointed without explaining where our assigned spots were. The elevators were acting strangely too: we chose the ground floor, but one stopped and opened on the 41st floor. That felt confusing and unsafe.

Management needs to wake up. The gym is always broken and packed, and security insulted me in public even though I treated them respectfully and never insulted them. I have video evidence if requested. There are roaches everywhere outside the hallway. Awful experience. Never request it.

The building is in a great part of JBR, close to the beach, and the neighborhood is really nice. Because of where it is, there’s no traffic in the morning or daytime, and getting onto the highway after leaving the parking is easy. Highly recommend it.

There are serious maintenance problems here: water seepage, mould in the rooms, and very slow lifts. Avoid this building.

Good facilities and easy access to JBR Walk and the beach.
