A very nice place for a family stay, with spacious rooms and plenty of amenities. There’s a big swimming pool with a lifeguard, a balcony attached to the pool, reserved parking, and a kids' area. The gym is a bit cramped but still good. The price is affordable for the area, and it’s very close to Dubai’s main points. There’s no traffic getting in or out of the community, even at peak hours. Very nice.
Faizan, the Security Officer at Crystal Residence, JVC, is always courteous with residents and visitors. I’ve enjoyed interacting with him. He’s professional, alert, and dedicated to safety, and his attitude makes a real difference in the building. Keep up the great work!
Having a gym for workouts and a pool to unwind in after a long day was a big plus. The place felt homely, with facilities for cooking, laundry, and ironing. The staff and neighbors were lovely too. Since Circle Mall is right next door, I could buy groceries until 10pm on the nights I checked. I hope to come back, as this unit feels ideal for a stay in Dubai.
The building is well maintained and has nice amenities. The staff are friendly and professional. Mr. Faizan Security at Crystal is especially helpful and honest.
A very good building, close to the JVC entrance and exit. Circle mall is just across the road, with a cinema, shopping, a kids area, and plenty of restaurants, so you can find what you need.
