Damac Heights

The team at Whitesage Holiday Homes made check-in and the stay easy, and I’d happily return. Damac Heights worked well for a short visit, with modern interiors and a calm atmosphere. The apartment was clean, well kept, and had the essentials for either work or a holiday. It’s also handy for Dubai Marina, nearby restaurants and attractions, and public transport. I’d recommend it as a serviced apartment or holiday home in Dubai.

I can’t recommend this place. Cockroaches keep appearing in my apartment and in the building’s shared areas. I reported it to management, but they still haven’t properly dealt with the infestation. The situation needs an inspection and pest control, and it makes the living environment feel unhealthy.

The gym, pool, and lobby are in noticeably better shape than those in many older towers nearby, and facilities management is responsive and professional. Damac Heights sits at the quieter end of Dubai Marina, with easy traffic flow and quick routes to the main roads, so it balances privacy with access. I’ve toured many buildings here as a real estate professional, and this one stands out for its modern, refined finishes and high-end feel. Many apartments also have striking Marina and sea views.

At night, the balcony view was spectacular, and the pool was large with pleasantly warm water. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a sea-view balcony in March-April 2022. It was clean and cozy when we arrived, and the kitchen had utensils, cookware, dish soap, hand sanitizer, and a stovetop oven. Parking was free. The supermarket, JBR Walk, Dubai Marina, and JBR Beach are all close by.
