Delano Dubai Hotel

We had a great view of the sea straight from our balconies, which overlooked the pool. The Italian restaurant's food was delicious. The room was gorgeous and spacious, with good appointments, a huge bathtub, and water pressure to match. A really cool, relaxing hotel, with exceptionally friendly employees who were helpful and looked after us.

The people made the stay special. Nadia, the reception manager, and David, Tarek, and Katrina treated us with real warmth and care. My children and I were working from the hotel, and it felt peaceful and comfortable, almost like a second home, with kindness all around. We stayed four nights at Delano Dubai, and the team surprised us by upgrading both rooms to suites. Everything felt welcoming and easy after that. The breakfast and dinner in our half-board package were excellent every day. It was an unforgettable vacation, with wonderful service, food, and people.

The atmosphere is what makes Delano stand out: elegant and quietly luxurious without feeling overdone. Design is modern, clean, and sophisticated, and the staff are attentive and professional. Service is outstanding down to the details. On Bluewaters Island, the hotel has a beautiful setting, a private beach, and immaculate surroundings. The whole area is exceptionally well maintained, in keeping with the standard of Dubai's top five-star hotels. Delano Dubai feels like a full experience, suited to guests looking to experience Dubai in comfort, style, and exclusivity, beyond simply having somewhere to stay.

The best part of the trip was the hour Antonio spent helping me with my workout. I've trained every day for the last nine years, but his tips and tricks were really cool. I'm considering booking a longer coaching session with him soon. My wife and I stayed for two nights. The rooms, facilities, and atmosphere were all great, and the staff were welcoming and sorted out any issues we had. Thanks to everyone for a lovely experience.
