Donatello Hotel Dubai

Yohan was kind, friendly, and flexible, and he always got our room ready perfectly. Everything was spotless. We had a really great stay at the Donatello Hotel in Dubai, with a clean, comfortable hotel and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely come back.

Dilum Lakshman made a real difference to our stay. He was kind, always smiling, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel's hospitality, along with his efforts, made this one of our best experiences. Our stay at Hotel Donatello was comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. We’re very happy we stayed here and would recommend it to others. Thank you again.

Susmitha kept our room clean and organized, taking care over the details and making sure our needs were handled without us having to ask. She was polite, friendly, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her professionalism and consistent housekeeping made us feel comfortable and valued. Thanks, Susmitha, for your hard work. It made our stay more pleasant.

The lobby is small, but otherwise the hotel is perfect. I’ve stayed twice, and it’s clean and very good for the price. The staff are cooperative and cheerful. Special thanks to manager Mr. Ali, who was very helpful, and to Uhan from room service, who was polite, cooperative, and clean.
