I especially want to thank Abdullah for kindly following up and working to resolve my concern. His professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were much appreciated. The management team also listened, acknowledged the mistake, and took responsibility respectfully and professionally. There was initially a misunderstanding about the suite information given before my stay, but what matters to me is how the team handled it. Mistakes can happen anywhere; being transparent, admitting them, and working toward a fair resolution is what makes a hotel stand out. I appreciated the care shown throughout. The Iftar meal was delicious, with excellent Arabic food. We really enjoyed both the service and the people. Chef Manoj, Mr. Rehan, Sarah Said, Sobia, Pradeep, Ei Za, and the rest of the team were friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back.

We stayed with my family for around two and a half months, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The facilities were excellent, well maintained, and easy to access, and the location made it a convenient base for getting around and exploring. The standout was the service. Everyone was helpful and attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. Check-in was smooth, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Mr.Kyrillos for the best hospitality. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, quality, memorable stay.

Breakfast was a highlight. There was a huge range of high-quality, delicious food, including pastries, fresh bread, vegetarian choices, and hot dishes from Continental, English, American, Indian, and Arabic cuisines. Fresh omelettes were made to order each morning, and the barista made excellent coffee. A personal thank you to the chef who prepared our omelettes daily with care and a smile. The location in Business Bay is great for exploring Dubai. Dubai Mall is a 15-minute walk away, major landmarks are mostly within a 30-minute drive, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, from restaurants and fast-food cafés to a supermarket. Service really set the hotel apart. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but the young woman at reception and the team handled the hiccup professionally. Thank you also to Rasool Akhtar Guest Relations Executive, Kim, and Shejana for their kindness and attentiveness. The whole staff was welcoming, professional, and caring. We used two rooms during our short visit. Their sizes varied a little, but both were comfortable and well appointed. Our requested Deluxe King Room with Balcony & Burj View was slightly smaller, but had a very spacious balcony and spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Burj, one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were spotless and nicely decorated. Housekeeping cleaned daily and refreshed the towels regularly. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows even better. Bathrooms had body and hair products, and the rooms included an iron and hair dryer. The smart layout made it feel luxurious and relaxing. A beautiful hotel in a prime location, with lovely rooms, excellent cleanliness, outstanding service, and a fantastic breakfast. We’ll absolutely stay again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.
