The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, and the security was good. Everyone we dealt with was helpful. Although the building is residential, many apartments are rented short term through holiday homes companies. Each apartment has its own parking space. Some units overlook burj khalifa, which makes this a great spot for watching the fountains and New Year fireworks.

Room 510 at Act One was a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday, and I spent two amazing nights there. The reception team was very attentive and made my guests feel welcome. The room was one of the best I’ve seen, with everything feeling top-notch. If you want a fantastic experience, you won’t regret staying here.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable enough to feel like a second home. Security was also tight. Daniel, the manager, replied promptly to all my texts. I’d recommend it to friends and would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't give this place zero stars, so it got one. Do not book it, because they cancel the reservation on the day you're supposed to arrive. It felt like a scam.

For a Dubai visit, this is where you should make your Airbnb reservation. The place is luxurious and very close to Burj Khalifa. Booking around 2-6 months ahead can get you an economical, cheap, affordable price.
