The earlier customer feedback completely changed how I felt about renting these apartments. It mentioned several problems, including dirty apartments, air conditioning that did not cool properly, and not enough parking spaces.
Our three-bedroom apartment was comfortable and had three bathrooms, plus a balcony for every room. It was also within walking distance of Burj Khalifa, and the staff were friendly. The apartment came with toiletries, towels, a hair dryer, an ironing board and iron, and a kitchen. Thanks to Sandra, check-in and check-out were easy.
The staff were rude and poorly trained. They didn't know how to deal with people and showed no respect. The company also took over private parking spaces, which caused fines for residents' guests. Worst company ever.
