It's a small, quiet building with spacious apartments and very little crowding. You don't have to wait for the elevators, and the gym and pool aren't crowded either. Squash courts are available, guest parking is ample, and there's direct access to Marina Walk. The beach is 8-10 min away, and the metro and tram are 3-4 min away. It's hard to imagine a better location.
A nice place with all the facilities available, and you can get a very good view of Marina lakes.
Parking is a real problem for delivery riders. There isn't any designated parking outside, so building management should provide some spaces. Otherwise, they should stop allowing deliveries to the building altogether.
The shattaf in the toilet wasn't working, and there were too many mosquitoes in the apartment. Check-in with building security took a long time because he hadn't received the confirmation letter. We had to wait for it, even though it should have been sent before guests arrived. Management isn't resolving these issues. It was a bad experience from the first hour. This is the first and last time I'll book this place.
Marina ary tower team has bad management, no parking available for delivery bikes 🚳, unprofessional staff 😡. The management team is the poorest.
