Breakfast had a good mix of cuisines, with something to suit different groups, and the staff made the stay even better. They were friendly, quick, and kept going out of their way to help us. The tour company was also very accommodating and pleasant. We had an awesome experience and will definitely be back :)

The calm setting and convenient location made my stay at Dubai Grand Hotel, Al Qusais feel comfortable and relaxing. I especially appreciated Ms. Kavya at the front office. She was professional and polite, and the genuine warmth and quiet respect she showed guests really stood out. Thank you, Team Grand, for having someone so caring at the front line.

The friendly staff and very good food were highlights of my three-night stay. But sleep was another story: the nightclub noise was so loud that getting any rest felt impossible. The hallway smell was also very strong and hard to bear. My room key kept failing, and although I told a staff member that knocking on the lock unit made the light come on, he suggested the battery might be going. Nothing was done. I wouldn't recommend staying here if a good night's sleep matters to you.

Kavya Kumari at reception was especially helpful and arranged an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The service and staff were lovely throughout, and my stay was super comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Room service was much quicker than at many other luxury hotels in Dubai. I also want to thank the night shift receptionists Mr.Atul and Mr.Shodan for their friendly, professional help. When I asked for a room where I could sleep peacefully away from the night club, they guided me well. All the best, guys...
