After living here for more than 1.5 years, I’ve got mixed feelings. Management was the worst part for me: rude, slow, and difficult to deal with. The processes weren’t user friendly, and it felt like they hated anyone who had to interact with them. To me, that seemed structural and organizational, rather than an individual issue. I picked this place for the pool, and that terrace really is incredible. Everything was consistently well maintained. But getting around was frustrating: the elevators take far too long, you have to switch lifts, and the explanation boards aren’t user friendly. The parking is narrow on the way up, too. The gym and pool hours were very inconvenient. The gym’s 7am-10pm schedule starts late for me, and the pool closes at 8pm, so work made weekday visits impossible. A 2.5 ⭐️ rating feels right to me.

As a resident, this has been horrible so far. Maybe tourists have an easier time once they get past reception, but having friends visit becomes another hassle. What’s the point of giving them a key if it still turns into a problem? Reception and security are so rude for such an expensive building. Even with reservations and passports, they demand emails and make things difficult. When the staff change, the new people act as if they don’t know you, and it starts all over again. And the parking is tiny, with a ramp that goes up 10 floors. Who thought that was a good design?

At Paramount tower, room 4704 was the best for price and service. Mr Qalas on floor 47 was especially good.
