The units could use better finishing, especially for a new development. AC control is limited to one panel for several rooms, which affects comfort, and some units have just one bathroom, which isn't very practical for families or guests. Basic welcome items like coffee or tea would also help, particularly for people arriving late. The building itself is fairly new and clean, with smooth security and access and a quiet overall feel. It's decent, but upgrades and more attention to detail would make it much better.

The kitchen worked well for making simple meals, and the washer-dryer was great for cleaning our laundry. We slept comfortably and quietly in the soft bed. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and even showed us to the room. Two things could be better: the floor wasn't very clean when we arrived, though slippers were provided, and the wall-hung toilet felt unsafe. It seemed slightly loose from the wall and made cracking sounds whenever we put pressure on it. Apart from that, we had a comfortable stay at Urban Oasis.

The canal-side location in Business Bay is convenient for Downtown, Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa. The place feels calm, modern, and upscale, with Missoni interiors, an infinity pool, and a gym that add a luxury feel. Concierge and security are excellent. Urban Oasis by Missoni is one of my favourite places I've stayed in Dubai. I'd recommend it if you're after a stylish, comfortable place to live in the area.
