Elite Sports Residence 9

We've had pest control three times in three months, and cockroaches are still EVERYWHERE. This happens at least twice a day in the building. I lived in another Elite building for two years, and it was never this bad. I can't wait for my contract to be over.

We've been in Elite 9 for the past 1 and half year and are really enjoying it. The area is lovely and fresh, with two supermarkets and a bus stop nearby. The building management keeps things clean, the gyms are very good, and when we raise a ticket in the app, the management team fixes the issue. There were cockroaches, but a helpful pest control guy suggested putting in a door stopper, and it worked. We don't have them now. The main snag is the security keeps changing, so there's a new person each time who doesn't know how to fix the fire alarm. It's been beeping often lately, and I hope they sort it out soon. We found the apartment, I think, on the Property Finder app, through Dingstone Real Estate LLC. They answered straight away on WhatsApp with the details. We booked a viewing, and Cyran kindly came all the way to show us the apartment. Renting was hassle free. CYRAN was very helpful during our 1 month stay, paying attention to anything we needed cleaned or repaired.

I'm glad the contract will end soon so I can get out of here. They fined me for a hinge I couldn't control and threatened to block my access cards and stop deliveries coming to my place. My car had an oil leak that left a dark spot, and they fined me for that too. How was I supposed to know? I could have cleaned it myself, but they said they needed a cleaning fee for that little stain. I got another fine in the parking lot just for parking near my spot for an hour. When I asked security who I should speak to, they didn't even know.

Please escape this place. I lived here a couple of years, and the management team calling themselves management are unprofessional and make life miserable. The fire alarm system gets stuck, so you hear it every five minutes, sometimes for hours. Pest control is zero unless someone complains. It's an old building with constant maintenance, and if you work nights or get up late, the hammering wakes you up, unless the fire alarm does first. The outside lights are turned off at night to save money while everywhere else is lit. They say pets are free, then you sign the contract and find all kinds of animals in the building. Policies only seem to apply when they want them to, and then they're applied to you while others get away with things. My door and parking access card was blocked for unknown reasons. Reaching the management team feels impossible, or you have to pay security to get it sorted. Need maintenance in your flat? You pay just to have someone sent to check, and then they send a quote. I had a water leak, which everyone could see was a water leak, and I want my money back. Sometimes the building feels like a labor camp. And those nice reviews? There are more problems too. Please don't rent here.
