The standout is the setting: Burj Vista Tower 2 has direct access to the Dubai Mall / Metro and is close to dining, entertainment, and shops. From the pool and apartments facing the Burj Khalifa, the views of Downtown Dubai and the landmark are breathtaking. There’s also a well-equipped gym, a striking swimming pool, and attractive shared spaces in this modern, elegant building. The building is well maintained, and the security and management teams make things run smoothly. For short stays or longer-term living, it offers comfort and convenience in central Dubai. 402

The security staff stood out for their friendly hospitality and for following all the protocols. The building is luxurious, tidy, and well maintained, with a prime downtown location and a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa.

There’s a Geant super store in the building, along with some restaurants, and a Careem or dott electric bike station right out front. The tower feels pleasant and is well maintained, with direct access to Dubai Mall and Dubai metro. You can see the full Burj Khalifa from the swimming pool and apartments facing it.

Getting out of the building is awful, especially with the traffic. The exit is a small way out, and it gets so busy. Management is very bad. Don’t stay here, you’ll just waste your time.

The location is prime, with Dubai Mall easy to reach and the metro a walk away. There are restaurants all around, and outside the summer months the evenings are lovely for a walk. If you’re visiting Dubai, it’s a great place to stay, with Airbnb options at good prices and service.
