Flora Al Barsha Hotel at the Mall

From anwar at the entrance to everyone at reception, the staff were incredible. Whenever we needed anything, someone was there to help, and their friendliness was on another level. The rooms were great and cleaned properly every day, right into every corner. It was a 10/10 experience, and we'd honestly recommend staying here. We'll definitely return.

Carina made my visit to CAFÉ 39 especially memorable. She welcomed me warmly, stayed attentive throughout, and handled everything with real professionalism and care. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made sure everything felt just right. The service was outstanding, and I highly recommend this place. A big thank you to Carina! 👏✨

The laundry service is excellent, but the rest of the atmosphere feels uncomfortably tense. Staff seem to be under a lot of pressure, and that comes through in the limited smiles and lack of warmth. Guest interactions also feel micromanaged. The hotel needs to work on its internal culture and basic staff welfare, including food quality, because the environment doesn't have the humility you'd expect from a high-quality hotel.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Khaled from the restaurant was especially friendly and attentive, and the staff went out of their way to keep us comfortable and satisfied. The facilities are great, and the location is very convenient, close to the Mall of the Emirates. I really enjoyed my stay, highly recommend it, and will definitely come back.
