Level 43 is a nice spot for evening drinks with great views, and Lindsey and her team were very helpful. Purani Dilli was a pleasant surprise for Indian food, though as a Desi vegetarian I expected more spice and taste in the food. Kate at Publiq, Yassine and Fekry on the ground floor, and the rest of the staff were all great. Fekry at the front desk also arranged a 4 pm late checkout, which made things more relaxed. Check-in itself was quick and easy, and everyone was genuinely warm. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, more like a furnished serviced apartment than a standard hotel room. It had a full kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, and a balcony overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai skyline. It felt like a practical way to try living in Dubai without investing in a place there. The hotel is right on Sheikh Zayed Road, and Financial Metro station is only a few metres away on foot, so getting around was easy. The rooftop pool is very small, but fine for a quick dip. The gym is spacious and well maintained. For the price, location, and suite size, I found it good value, especially with staff who felt five-star. Totally reviewron recommended.

Getting around was easy, whether by metro, taxi, or on foot, and the hotel is well placed for going anywhere. We spent two weeks here and were very happy with our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern interiors. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. Bilal and Waqas stood out: they greeted us warmly, chatted kindly, and shared lots of useful tips for our time in Dubai. We were always glad to see their smiles and could tell they put heart into their work. We'd happily recommend this hotel.

The team made our birthday stay feel really special. They surprised us with a room upgrade and thoughtful birthday decorations, and every staff member we met was kind, friendly, and welcoming. Choosing this hotel for the occasion turned out to be a great decision. They paid attention to the little details and made us feel celebrated. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay and service.

The Purani Dilli restaurant was a highlight, with delicious food, generous portions, and very welcoming, attentive staff. Breakfast was also well served, with a broad menu and plenty of choices for different tastes. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well kept. Housekeeping did an outstanding job keeping it clean and organized, and were attentive throughout. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the bar had a great atmosphere. From arrival to departure, the staff were smiling, attentive, and exceptionally friendly.
