After I booked through booking.com and arrived, security told me the landlord was supposed to send our passport details. We eventually found a contact number on WhatsApp, a Russian number that seemed to belong to the landlord. They said there was a water leak in our room and that my money would be refunded, but there was no room for us. This is only a different service apartment, despite using the Intercontinental name on booking.com. I have the phone number and WhatsApp history. I filed a complaint with booking.com asking for the place to be banned. Avoid it and don't book here.

Bay Central has a lovely luxury lobby, a huge pool, and a well-equipped gym. You can walk to JBR and the Marina Walk, and everything else is close by. I love this tower and would recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality.

Right in the heart of dubai marina, with restaurants, shops, yachts and boats all nearby. It's tourist-friendly and really convenient, just a 2 min walk from trum and about 10 minutes on foot from marina mall and JBR beach.

The two reception boys were rude, with no decent customer service. Why hasn't this hotel trained or oriented its staff in how to handle customers?

They agreed to refund our security bond of 2,107,663 within 7 to 14 days after checkout, provided nothing was damaged. On the last day, they checked and confirmed everything was fine. But the bank statement showed a refund of only 1,778,213. When we emailed to ask why, they blamed a damaged clock. We asked them for a photo, but they couldn't provide one. Then they said it had been a misunderstanding and we hadn't damaged the clock after all. Now they no longer answer our emails. They don't seem trustworthy, and tourists are at risk.
