The people at the adult pool bar really made our stay at Fairmont The Palm. They made us feel welcome and at home, were easy to chat with, and could make whatever drinks we wanted. They even found us poolside seats and brought over food we'd asked for. The Fairmont staff felt like family. Nachiketh, Javith, Andrew, Tracy, Vikram, & Jibin all took such good care of us. Highly recommend spending time with them at the adult pool!

The balcony view was wondrous, and I really appreciated the kindness and assistance we received. Ajayraj supervisor from housekeeping and shristi deserve special thanks. We were extremely happy with our stay at the Fairmont the Palm. The hotel lived up to its reputation, with friendly, courteous staff and excellent food. The team cared about what they served, kept the presentation up, and made sure the room was good quality.

Checkout was easy thanks to receptionist Priya, who was friendly and efficient. Aqib and Kamal kept the room clean and comfortable, and were polite and professional. The food was tasty, and food and beverage service was prompt and very good. I had a great stay and really appreciated the team's service. A pleasant experience, highly recommended!

We had a relaxing trip, with great pools and nice views. The spacious, comfortable room had room to sit, sleep, and work, and we enjoyed having lounge access. Breakfast was fantastic! The team looked after us so well during our stay. Thanks to Aashis, Amzad, Ajay, JC, Myint, Roju and Gilbert.

On my first visit to Dubai, I stayed at this amazing hotel. The room was lovely, with a Palm / Marina view, and it was cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels. The staff were so helpful and friendly, ready to do anything for you. I spoke with Sushant several times. He's a lovely man and an outstanding member of staff, a real asset to the Fairmont.
