Javed and Nastya were sweet and helpful, and let me check in early. They were always ready to answer questions, and everything went smoothly. I loved the clean apartment and its stunning desert view from 1819. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a washing machine. The beds were super comfortable, with soft, hotel-like linen. The building has separate gyms for women and men, sauna and steam areas, a jacuzzi, and a rooftop pool. There’s also one assigned parking space in the basement. Loved staying here and would definitely come back someday.

Update: I still haven’t received my deposit back, which has been outstanding since January. They’ve used every excuse they could, and recently stopped answering my calls. The apartments themselves are wonderful, but the management is barely there. The fire alarm can ring for hours with no advance notice of a system test. The garbage room gets smelly and nasty on weekends. Security seem overwhelmed and overworked, and you have to search all over the building for a trolley.

The apartment is very nice, and both the landlord and reception are good and professional. But there are lots of cockroaches, the water pressure is poor, and the gym treadmills work badly. False fire alarms happen regularly, sometimes in the middle of the night, and they can’t seem to fix them.
