We booked through Elite Royal apartment, and the building is a bit old, but the view more than makes up for that. From our rooms and balcony we could watch the fountain show and see Burj Khalifa. Just amazing.

The pool was a nice extra, and the apartment worked especially well for families. They had a crib and small utensils for feeding kids. Inside, it was cozy and really clean, with a kitchen that had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, plus a washer and dryer. Free Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TV was a welcome touch. The location was hard to beat. You could see Dubai Mall just below, and it was only a 5-10 minute walk away. The glass-covered hall and surrounding skyscrapers gave the building a modern, classy feel. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Everything felt comfortable and well looked after.

Getting settled was easy, and the host was quick to respond whenever I needed help. I stayed with Whitesage Holiday Homes at Residence Tower 1, and their service was excellent throughout. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. Nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport were all easy to reach. It worked really well for my stay, and I’d recommend Whitesage Holiday Homes if you’re looking for a furnished short-stay apartment in Residence Tower 1.

You can go straight down from the building to the fountains, and Burj Al Khalifa is close by too. That location was the best part. The apartment was spacious, had an amazing view, and was very clean. There was everything in it, especially in the kitchen. The reception staff were all helpful and respectful. It deserves 1000 out of 10, and we’ll come back and stay again.

The tower is perfectly placed if you want to see Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain up close. I spent hours on the balcony just taking in the panoramic view. It was a wonderful experience.
