A waste of money. This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen, charging like a four-star place while the service and quality are the worst. The employees don’t know how to speak to people.

They held onto my passport to scan it and didn’t return it, which made me miss my flight. Then they gave it to someone else, my friend, without checking who they were handing it to. I should have remembered to collect my passport, but they also shouldn’t keep people’s documents for five days without doing anything about it.

The location on the main road of Meena Bazar / Bur Dubai is excellent, and the environment is comfortable and pleasant. Staff were good, and overall it was a comfortable, excellent experience. The only issues were that they don’t provide a shaving kit at all or a dental kit every day, so you have to arrange those yourself.

The room smelled bad and the AC didn’t work properly. Service was very poor, and the staff were arrogant and didn’t care about customer complaints. One of the worst hotels in Bur Dubai. Not recommended at all.

Be careful before booking. The front desk and staff weren’t cooperative or helpful, and didn’t behave well. I found the service from staff here among the worst, with no manners when speaking to guests.
