Voco Bonnington Jumeirah Lakes Towers

Mr. Rey, Kaung, Saif, and Chaito from the food service team made every meal enjoyable. They were courteous, helpful, and showed outstanding hospitality. The staff as a whole went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. I had a wonderful stay, with excellent service from friendly, professional, attentive staff. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to return. Thanks for a great experience! 😊

The room smelled a little off at first, but once we told the staff, they sorted it quickly and were very helpful. The location was convenient, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We liked the rooms and the view, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The pool stays open late, so we could enjoy a night swim. My family and I had a really great stay. The staff were amazing throughout, especially Rey at breakfast, who was super helpful, patient, and professional. A really positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to families.

Hala made the welcome at voco Bonnington Dubai feel genuinely warm. Her polished, graceful way of communicating stood out, and I saw her treat every guest with the same care and energy she gave me. She goes out of her way to make people comfortable, handling everything with real diplomacy. It felt like more than good service, she created an atmosphere that made me want to come back. A real gem for the hotel.

The location worked so well for us, with the metro close by and plenty of restaurants just steps away. Our room was spotless, the staff were warm and attentive, and the pool was a lovely extra. Also, the toilet deserves a mention, so good! We loved our stay and will be back.
