The location is convenient and easy for visitors and tenants to reach, with restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Inside, the modern building is clean and well maintained, and its architecture shows care in the design. The shared spaces are kept tidy, and the facilities include spacious conference rooms and a state of the art fitness center. I felt safe during my visit thanks to the security measures, including 24/7 surveillance and friendly staff who were ready to help. The management team was professional and responsive, and handled concerns promptly and efficiently. My experience at Canal Residence was excellent. It’s a high quality place for business or personal use, and I’d recommend it.

The location is what people like, but the apartments are so bad it feels like you’re living with your neighbors. The service is terrible, and the soams office is the worst. Honestly, these are the worst buildings you could live in.
